Terms and Conditions

Cancellation-

• Cancellation of confirmed bookings made more than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of US$ 50 per head.
• Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total rate of the package per head
• Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to departure will be subject to relinquishment of the entire package rate.

Responsibility and Liability-

Only the laws of Ethiopia govern is Ben Travel's liability to passengers transported in its own Vehicles, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, Awqas Tour and Travel accepts no liability for loss or damage any personal effects. Ben Travel will use its best efforts to assist as an agent to our clients in dealing with third parties such as hotels, Airlines and other transport companies. However, Ben Travel can not be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death or any other act of God, or additional cost incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.

Only selected itineraries are published in this web site, however, numerous types of tours can be organized suiting the time and budget of travelers. Combined tours can also be arranged on request. Ben Travel can not be held responsible for the interruption or change of itineraries caused beyond its capacity.
